The 6-8-week-old male C57BL/6 mice were used for all experiments. Global IL-33 knockout mice (Il33-/-) and wild type mice were fed a high-fat diet with 60kcal% fatfor 24 weeks. The chow diet with 10kcal% fat was used as the control diet. After 24 weeks of modeling, feces from mice were collected for 16S rRNA sequencing.
