Effects of replacing soybean meal with fermented rapeseed meal in low fish meal feed on the growth, antioxidant capacity, immunity, transcriptome and gut microbiota of juvenile white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei

This study demonstrated that the replacement of 25% soybean meal with FRM increased the antioxidant capacity and improved the microbiota structure of the intestine without affecting the growth performance of L. vannamei.
