Whole transcriptome sequencing reveals that dexmedetomidine improves postoperative cognitive dysfunction in rats via lncRNA

To explore the role of dexmedetomidine (Dex) in improving postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) in rats and to investigate the underlying mechanism of lncRNA in this process. Behavioral tests were performed to evaluate the efficacy of Dex in the treatment of POCD in rats.
