Data and code used in the submission "Evaluating gross primary production (GPP) trends due to changes in greenness from the satellite data driven FluxSat product"

This page contains the scripts and necessary data files used in the analysis of and to produce the figures in the initial submission of the paper "Evaluating gross primary production (GPP) trends due to changes in greenness from the satellite data driven FluxSat product" submitted to the Journal of Geophysical Research: Biogeosciences. There are six .nc files on this page. Two of the .nc files contain the eddy covariance (EC) data from the FluxNET2015 and Ameriflux beta Oneflux data releases. Two of the .nc files contain collocated GPP for two published versions of FluxSat (FS v2.0 and v2.2). Two of the .nc files contain collocated GPP for the two experimental versions of FluxSat (FS MS and FS LS) used in the analysis in Main of the paper.
