Engine-regulated covering law for little red dots: full forward-catalogue grid

Bulk data companion to the reproduction code for "An Engine-Regulated Covering Law for Little Red Dots" (S. Pandev). This record holds the complete 67-configuration grid of per-source synthetic forward catalogues (~5-10 MB each) underlying the covering-law scan and the exponent elimination program (main-paper Table 2) and the prediction variants of the companion Letter. Configuration naming and per-config regeneration commands are documented in CATALOG_INDEX.md inside the archive.
