Seed and leaf endophytic microbiome profile revealed beneficial bacteria of Lilium formosanum in Taroko National Park

The first research project to profile the leaf and seed microbiome of Taiwan lily (Lilium formosanum) , through high-throughput sequencing technologies and bioinformatic analysis, and revealed potential biological control agents against the pathogenic fungus Botrytis elliptica.
