Saccharomyces cerevisiae from the China Center of Industrial Culture Collection (CICC) numbered 1445 was sequenced by two- and third-generation sequencing and assembled by different state-to-art assembly pipelines. Transcriptome profiles of this strain under normal fermentation conditions and 8% (v/v) initial ethanol stress conditions were observed by RFNA-Seq.
