Spatially resolving bulk biomarkers in colorectal cancer microenvironment via an integrative analytical framework

This repository contains the datasets used in the manuscript with title "Spatially resolving bulk biomarkers in colorectal cancer microenvironment via an integrative analytical framework". The 'GSE280318_processed.rds' and 'GSE280318_hdWGCNA.rds' files are the public Visium HD ST datasets (processed). The "Visium_HD_segmentation.rds" file is the independent Visium HD ST dataset generated in this study.
