profile HMMs, alignments, and phylogenetic trees

Folder "HMMs" contains profile HMMs used for HMMER searches of proteins of membrane-trafficking system (MTS) in diplonemids.Folder "diplonemids_trees" contains full (xxx.mafft.aln) and trimmed (xxx.trimal.aln) alignments and tree files in Newick format (xxx.mb+raxml.tre) for phylogenetic analyses of diplonemid MTS proteins.Folder "mantamonas_tree" contains full (xxx.mafft.aln) and trimmed (xxx.trimal.aln) alignments and tree files in Newick format for phylogenetic analyses (xxx.mb+raxml.tre) of Mantamonas MTS proteins.
