Data for Spatiotemporal variation in population dynamics of a narrow endemic, <i>Ranunculus austro-oreganus</i>

We performed demographic surveys in three populations of <i>Ranunculus austro-oreganus</i> over four years (2015-2018), for a total of three demographic transitions. In the main demographic dataset, we collected a suite of demographic traits (rosette size, flowering status, missing leaves, etc.). With these data, we fit a size structured population models and life table response experiments to investigate vital rates driving spatiotemporal variation in population growth. We used the seedling dataset to estimate the average number of seedlings produced per flower. Lastly, the climate dataset was used to generate figures showing the historic and contemporary climate at our three study sites.
