Here we report a systematic approach to elucidate the SFTSV-host interactions by combining immunoprecipitation of viral-host complexes coupled to affinity purified mass spectrometry with formaldehyde labeling. We analyze the protein complexes associated with all five viral protein NP, NSs, Gc, Gn, L, respectively.
