HPRC Pangenomes: Minigraph (CHM13-Based). Human Pangenome Reference Consortium Pangenomes Built With Minigraph (CHM13-Based)

Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC) BioProject for Minigraph pangenomes that use CHM13 as the reference sequence. Minigraph is a generalization of minimap2 which builds graphs with iterative construction. Minigraph aligns with approximate locations and can be used to call structural variants (>50nt). The pangenome included in this data BioProject was constructed with GRCh38 and CHM13 (included as the reference assembly) as well as 88 assemblies from the HPRC.
