This is the data set of the study which aims to reveal whether or not teachers’ well-being is affected by anomie, transcendence, and harmony with nature, which are the dimensions of spirituality, and stress. The obtained data is considered to provide psychological counselors with information on using spirituality in the counseling environment and the relationships of stress and well-being. When examining the literature, studies are found to have investigated the relationship of stress with well-being and of well-being with spirituality; however, no research has been encountered on the relationship among the three variables using the path model. A total of 378 teachers working in various cities in Turkey participated in the research. The PERMA, Spiritual Well-Being, and Perceived Stress Scales have been used in collecting data. The structural equation model and correlational analysis have been used in the data analysis. According to the results, well-being predicts anomie negatively and transcendence positively. Anomie is the negative descriptor of transcendence and harmony with nature. Stress positively explains anomie.
