资源简介:
1Acidovorax citrulli, C. michiganensis subsp. michiganensis, P. syringae pv. tomato, X. euvesicatoria, P. syringae pv. glycinea and Serratia marcescens were cross-inoculated on to the flowers of watermelon, tomato, pepper, soybean and onion plants. Seeds developed in inoculated fruits were harvested and tested for the presence of target bacteria by plating on semi-selective medium or seedling grow out (SGO) assay.2Type of interaction of bacterial species with their host and non-host plants as determined by foliar infiltration of 1×108 colony forming units/ml.3Mean percentage of seedlots tested positive for compatible, incompatible and null-interacting bacterial species by plating. Means with similar letters are not significantly different according to LSD in SAS (P4Mean percentage of seedlots tested positive by symptomatic transmission of compatible, incompatible and null-interacting bacterial species. A seedlot was considered to be positive when a seedling in a tray showed symptoms from any of the three replicates tested. Means with similar letters are not significantly different according to LSD in SAS (P5Mean percentage of seedlots tested positive for asymptomatic (epiphytic) transmission of compatible, incompatible and null-interacting bacterial species to developing seedlings. A seedlot was considered to be positive when the target bacterium was recovered from any of the three replicates tested. Means with similar letters are not significantly different according to LSD in SAS (P
