Single Cell RNA sequencing of blood leukocytes from IL1rn-deficient mice

We performed single cell RNA sequencing on peripheral blood leukocytes from BALB/c mice and IL1rn-deficient mice treated with vehicle or rapamycin Peripheral blood cells collected from 8 week old mice (n = 4 per group). Cells from the same group were pooled and labeled with hashtag antibodies. After flow cytometry sorting for live cells, cells were loaded for single cell RNA sequencing.
