RNA-seq of Huashibaidu formula against COVID-19

Huashibaidu formula (HSBDF), a prescription originated from traditional Chinese medicines (TCM), has proven to be effective in the clinical treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19); however, the mechanism remains unclear. In this study, the therapeutic effect and the possible mechanism of HSBDF on Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury (ALI) rat model was systematically investigated by RNA-Seq technology.
