Reproducibility package for "From environmental lead to colorectal cancer

This Zenodo record contains the full R code and reproducibility materials for “From environmental lead exposure to colorectal cancer: integrated transcriptomic and genetic analyses identify HMOX1 as a prioritized candidate”(Ling Wang), supporting Fig 2–5 and Table 1–2. Scripts are organized into modules for NHANES, bulk GEO(GSE74602/GPL6104; GSE110223/GPL96), single-cell RNA-seq (GSE144735), machine learning, and Mendelian randomization (FinnGen R10: finngen_R10_C3_COLORECTAL_EXALLC). The repository includes README.md (run instructions), DATA_SOURCES.md (data acquisition identifiers/steps), MANIFEST.csv (script–output mapping), and renv.lock/renv/ for dependency management and reproducible execution.
