VPRS 18910 Resources Committee Minutes

This series comprises the minutes of the Resources Committee of the Melbourne Extended Care and Rehabilitation Service (VA 5265). The Resources Committee was responsible for providing advice on the provision of staffing and the use of the hospital’s physical and financial resources. This advice included annual budgets and related to grounds, buildings, equipment, and other goods and services.  The Resources Committee also monitored and analysed the performance and productivity of the hospital against agreed targets and industry best practice.
