Stichopus chloronotus isolate:Wuzhizhou Genome sequencing and assembly

We firstly present a high quality de novo reference genome assembly of S. chloronotus. The characteristics of the genome sequence for shrimp were analyzed, and the genome data provide great support for understanding the fission, regeneration, and no aestivation in comparison with other sea cucumbers.
