Raw data supporting the article: Humidity-controlled interactions and lifting of MoS2 on SiO2

AFM Image maps and force-distance curves recorded at different relative humidities for both 1L-MoS2/SiO2 and SiO2 including metadata and AFM parameters. The measurements on the monolayer show an increased lifting effect at higher relative humidities.
