Shown are the top 16 highest scoring drug-target biclusters with more than one compound and more than one target. The number of drugs (cids) and targets is shown in columns 2 and 3, respectively. The 4th and 5th columns give the name of the most abundant domain and its frequency, respectively. The last (6th) column shows the BicBin score, representing the density and size of the bicluster. The BicBin score is the negative exponent of the Chernoff Bound. It is inversely proportional to the probability of each bicluster occurring by random chance, as described in Methods.
