资源简介:
This poll is part of a continuing series of monthly surveys that solicit public opinion on the presidency and on a range of other political and social issues. Respondents were asked to give their opinions of President Bill Clinton and his handling of the presidency, foreign policy, the economy, the United States relationship with Russia, and the Oklahoma City bombing. Those queried were also asked for their general perceptions of Clinton, Boris Yeltsin, Hillary Clinton, Bob Dole, Newt Gingrich, and Dr. Henry Foster. In addition, respondents were questioned in detail on the institution of marriage, including questions on the frequency of arguments and sexual relations. Other issues examined include the role of the United States in Vietnam and World War II. Background information on respondents includes voter registration status, political party, political orientation, education, age, sex, race, and family income.
