高效氯氟氰菊酯对害虫和螨类具有强烈的触杀和胃毒作用,有渗透性而无内吸作用,可有效地防治鳞翅目、鞘翅目、半翅目和螨类害虫。其性质稳定,耐雨水冲刷。可防治果树、蔬菜、棉花、烟草、玉米等作物的棉铃虫、棉红铃虫、棉蚜、玉米螟、柑橘潜叶蛾、介壳虫若虫、叶螨、卷叶蛾类幼虫、食心虫、蚜虫,小菜蛾、甘蓝夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、烟青虫、菜螟、菜青虫,对蚊、蝇等卫生害虫也有效。数据采集,随机抽取每个菜棚韭菜成品,对该成品进行高效氯氟氰菊酯残留量检测。数据判定:若高效氯氟氰菊酯实测值不大于0.5mg/kg,则该成品合格,X=(A2*C*V)/(A1*m),公式中,X为样品中高效氯氟氰菊酯总含量(mg/kg), C为测定用标准溶液浓度(mg/L);V为测定时样品最终定容体积(mL);A1为标准品两异构体峰面积之和;A2为样品两异构体峰面积之和A2;m为样品质量(g)。
Lambda-cyhalothrin exhibits strong contact and stomach toxicity against pests and mites, featuring penetrating activity but no systemic action. It can effectively control pests from the orders Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Hemiptera, as well as mite pests. The compound is chemically stable and resistant to rain washing. It is applicable to control pests including cotton bollworm, pink bollworm, cotton aphid, corn borer, citrus leafminer, scale insect nymphs, spider mites, leafroller larvae, fruit borers, aphids, diamondback moth, cabbage armyworm, Spodoptera litura, tobacco budworm, cabbage webworm and cabbage caterpillar on crops such as fruit trees, vegetables, cotton, tobacco and maize. It also demonstrates efficacy against sanitary pests like mosquitoes and flies. Data collection: Finished Chinese chive products were randomly sampled from each greenhouse, and the lambda-cyhalothrin residue content in these products was detected. Data judgment: A finished product is deemed qualified if the measured lambda-cyhalothrin concentration is no greater than 0.5 mg/kg. The calculation formula is X = (A2 × C × V) / (A1 × m), where: X: Total lambda-cyhalothrin content in the sample (mg/kg); C: Concentration of the standard solution for determination (mg/L); V: Final volumetric volume of the sample during determination (mL); A1: Sum of the peak areas of the two isomers of the standard substance; A2: Sum of the peak areas of the two isomers of the test sample; m: Mass of the test sample (g).
