Reductive Soil Disinfestation was used to treat succession ginger soil in order to explore the prevention technology of Fusarium wilt. Soil DNA was extracted by CTAB method, and the purity and concentration of DNA were detected by agarose gel electrophoresis. The ITS amplification and 16sRNA amplification were sequenced.The microbial communities of succession soil structure were detected and their function were predicted.
