Dataset for: Inventory of potato (potato landrace inventory and wild potato inventory) in Peru

This dataset contains a list of 730 potato landraces that were characterized on farm in 2 diversity hotspots (Apurimac and Huancavelica) of Peru, using SSR microsatellites, flow cytometry and morphologic descriptors for potato landraces. The list was compiled from the baseline data which was collected between the years 2013 and 2016. No germplasm is stored ex situ as the purpose of the baseline was to determine the total diversity in the respective hotspot communities.
