Containing a hallmark zinc-finger B-box DNA binding domain, TRIM25 has been shown to function as a transcriptional suppressor in a signal network promoting breast cancer metastasis. We hypothesized that TRIM25 regulated cell proliferation, at least in part, by acting as a transcriptional factor. To explore the mechanisms by which TRIM25-OTUD5 contributes to tumor development, we performed an unbiased transcriptome analysis by RNA sequencing.
