G4-Attention: Deep Learning Model with Attention for predicting DNA G-Quadruplexes
A Deep Learning Based Frame-Work to Predict G4 Structures in Genome Sequence
Three types of datasets (i) G4_seq_balanced.zip, (ii) G4_seq_imbalanced.zip, and (iii) Non_Human_Species.zip present in the zip format. Unzip it to perform training and predictions.
To perform predictions please unzip the following files (i) G4_seq_balanced_best_model.zip, (ii) G4_seq_imbalanced_best_model.zip and (iii) Non_Human_prediction_models.zip
To correctly run predictions on both balanced and non-human species datasets, please execute the script prediction_balanced.sh. Modify the path argument within the script to reflect your desired directory.
