Dataset on amino acid composition in pollen from selected wind-pollinated plant species

Pollen samples were collected by Jacek Jachuła in 2024. Amino acid extraction was performed by Jacek Jachuła at Technische Universität München. The chromatograms were obtained using ion exchange chromatography and interpreted by Stefanie Siebler at Technische Universität München. Sara Leonhardt provided access to laboratory equipment and reagents at Technische Universität München, and supervised the study. The dataset provided here contains chromatograms of pollen from 31 selected wind-pollinated plants (file: 'IEC chromatograms_ pollen from wind-pollinated species.pdf'). The sample names are listed in the file 'Sample codes.xlsx'. The data were collected thanks to implementation of MINIATURA 2023/07/X/NZ8/00792 project funded by National Science Centre, Poland.
