Decision Delegation Behavior Dataset

With the increasingly widespread application of artificial intelligence, employees rely more and more on AI to make decisions in their work, and even directly authorize AI to make judgments. The behavior of "human intelligence decision-making transfer" (that is, humans selectively transfer decision-making power to AI) lacks clear theoretical definitions and effective measurement tools, and cannot effectively guide practice. Therefore, based on grounded theory, this article constructed its unique four-dimensional structure and developed a 14 item measurement scale (Research 1, 2). Then, test its theoretical validity (Study 3).
