Artificial consortium using nitrogen cycle bacteria

This project contains the genomes of the members of an artificial community composed of organisms from Cuatro Cienegas Basin in Coahuila, Mexico and Ohuira Bay in Sinaloa, Mexico. The community participates in different steps within the nitrogen cycle, having possible utility in the fields of biotechnology and bioremediation.
