ProDive external data and Pfam structure manifest archive

This record provides the external data archive for reproducing the ProDive analyses. The file ProDive_release.tar.zst contains input data, intermediate tables, precomputed results, documentation, and analysis-ready resources used in the ProDive study. The file PfamA_seed_structure_manifest.tar.zst contains the manifest and scripts required to reconstruct the Pfam-organized structure directory used by structure-dependent workflows. The full Pfam structure collection is not redistributed directly because of its large size; instead, it can be reconstructed from the provided manifest and download script.
