资源简介:
DBP, as a kind of substance widely used in PAEs, enters the natural environment in large quantities through human activities and affects the normal growth of crops, reducing crop yield. At the same time, DBP can enter the human body through the food chain, affecting the normal development and metabolic function of human beings, while the normal operation of the immune system, reproductive system and endocrine system will also be affected. In serious cases, it has three effects on human beings and future generations. Due to its stable chemical structure in the natural environment, the degradation efficiency of DBP by photocatalysis and microorganisms in nature is low. However, the agricultural development area in Northeast China is in a cold climate, and the daily light time is lower than that in other areas. The degradation efficiency of DBP by soil protozoa is very low, and the black soil has been polluted by DBP for a long time, which has greatly restricted the local agricultural development. Because the process of physical adsorption and chemical catalysis of DBP is cumbersome and inefficient, it is one of the most innovative and promising technologies to apply exogenous microorganisms to the soil for efficient, green and rapid degradation of DBP by microbial remediation
