1The seven SNPs assayed here resolve all the haplotypes previously observed [8].2For the permutation test, the cells were classified as being homozygous H1, homozygous H2, or other.3The migration rate for each sample was calculated as the distance travelled by the migrating cells per hour, over a 6-hour time-period (between 2 and 8 hours after wounding). The median rate for each sample was calculated from eight replicates.4The interquartile range is the difference between the 75th and 25th percentile values of the 8 replicates.
