IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN DISTANCE AND BLENDED LEARNING

Distance and blended learning have become an important part of modern education. Many universities now use online platforms together with traditional classroom teaching. However, the use of technology alone does not guarantee high educational quality. This thesis examines how the quality of educational services in distance and blended learning systems can be improved through effective pedagogical models, teacher involvement, and quality management approaches. Based on international research and recent studies, the paper shows that learning quality depends on the alignment of teaching methods, learning objectives, assessment, and technology. The findings suggest that distance and blended learning can be effective when they are well-designed, student-centered, and continuously monitored.
