The bioinformatics-associated workflows from myExperiment.org, fragmented randomly into 2 or 3-node (overlapping) fragments. Each fragment is then represented as an OPMW ontology instance (opmw:WorkflowTemplateProcess), which is annotated with as many ontological terms as could be discovered based on the kinds of services in each node of that fragment.
