This dataset is intended for the mid-power 1064nm wavelength seed source laser products manufactured by the company. It consists of real-time data and historical archived data collected during the factory inspection stage of the products, and is applicable to quality control during the production and manufacturing phase, final inspection before product delivery, as well as after-sales quality traceability and analysis. The typical application scenarios of this dataset include: daily inspection and release, where quality inspectors use the dataset to determine whether a single laser unit can be released for delivery; process anomaly troubleshooting: when the pass rate of a certain product is abnormal, trace the production parameters; customer complaint handling: retrieve the process status and complete inspection records of the equipment via its unique identification number to trace the root cause of problems; new product R&D verification: evaluate the effect of new processes by comparing with historical data.
