Detecting Foldback Artifacts in Long Reads

All PAF alignment files generated from Minimap2 for data analyzed in "Detecting Foldback Artifacts in Long-reads". We also included all report files generated by our Breakinator tool (https://github.com/jheinz27/breakinator), classifying a breakpoint as a putative foldback or chimeric artifact, or a true breakpoint ("Pass") in breakinator_reports.tar.gz
