空压机振动测试数据集

为了评估燃料电池空压机样机的振动水平，当空压机运行工况稳定后，采用西门子LMS测试设备，测量空压机的机脚和壳体表面在X/Y/Z三个方向的振动加速度，分析空压机的振动值和振动频谱，测量结果表明空压机各个方向上的振动加速度均小于1g，满足了课题中的技术指标。

To evaluate the vibration level of the prototype fuel cell air compressor, after its operating conditions stabilized, Siemens LMS testing equipment was employed to measure the vibration acceleration in three directions (X/Y/Z) on the feet and housing surfaces of the air compressor. Subsequently, the vibration magnitude and vibration spectrum of the air compressor were analyzed. The measurement results demonstrate that the vibration acceleration in all directions of the air compressor is less than 1g, which meets the technical indicators specified in this research project.
