本数据集主要是间歇聚合反应14个批次的数据,数据集从第一列开始依次为采样时间,冷却水进温,冷却水出温,反应釜内温度,引发剂浓度,初级自由基浓度,TFE单体浓度,醋酸浓度,链转移剂DDM浓度,碳单质浓度,四氟化碳浓度, 自由基链分子数浓度, 自由基链分子长浓度,PTFE产物分子数浓度,PTFE产物分子长浓度,冷却水流量,PTFE产物质量,平均分子量,生产速率。本数据集采集了PTFE聚合反应的各状态变量在不同操作条件下下的动态响应数据,因此可通过反应釜运行数据可以对反应釜进行建模与优化控制方案的设计,用于优化控制域中模型预测控制,多回路参数整定等APP和生产管控域中装置收率模型APP的设计,并在此基础上形成了论文《PTFE间歇聚合反应过程变周期动态经济优化控制》和软著《聚四氟乙烯生产装置收率智能学习预测系统软件》等知识产权。
This dataset mainly includes data from 14 batches of PTFE batch polymerization reactions. Starting from the first column, the dataset contains the following variables in sequence: sampling time, cooling water inlet temperature, cooling water outlet temperature, reactor internal temperature, initiator concentration, primary radical concentration, TFE monomer concentration, acetic acid concentration, chain transfer agent DDM concentration, elemental carbon concentration, carbon tetrafluoride concentration, radical chain molecular number concentration, radical chain molecular length concentration, PTFE product molecular number concentration, PTFE product molecular length concentration, cooling water flow rate, PTFE product mass, average molecular weight, and production rate. This dataset collects dynamic response data of various state variables during PTFE polymerization under different operating conditions. Therefore, it can be used to design reactor modeling and optimal control schemes based on reactor operation data, which can be applied to the development of applications such as model predictive control and multi-loop parameter tuning in the optimal control domain, as well as the design of device yield model applications in the production management and control domain. Based on this dataset, intellectual property achievements including the academic paper *Variable-period Dynamic Economic Optimal Control of PTFE Batch Polymerization Process* and the software copyright *Intelligent Learning Prediction System Software for PTFE Production Unit Yield* have been developed.
