资源简介:
This study was used to observe the effect on seed and soil sterilization on microbiome assembly and generation-to-generation transmission in P. vulgaris. This P. vulgaris cultivar was saved on-site for over 25 years. This cultivar was used with the thought that local adaptation would increase selection for the transmission of beneficial microbes. Ultimately, we want to challenge the general notion of seed sanitation law and illustrate potential benefits of keeping seed microbiota intact.
