Data for: "Towards ‘One Substance – One Assessment’: an Analysis of EU Chemical Registration and Risk Assessment Frameworks"

This repository contains information relevant to the publication "Towards ‘One Substance – One Assessment’: an Analysis of EU Chemical Registration and Risk Assessment Frameworks" (in preparation). The first excel sheet presented here contains a list of chemicals registered as a 1) biocide (Reg (EC) No 528/2012), 2) industrial chemical (REACH, (Reg (EC) No 1907/2006), 3) pesticide (Reg (EC) No 1107/2009), 4) medicines for human use (Directive 2001/83/EC), and 5) a veterinary medicine (Directive 2001/82/EC). The second excel sheet contains all substances registered under REACH for which a freshwater PNEC could be retrieved from ECHA's database. The third dataset contains a list of all chemicals that are registered under multiple registration frameworks, for which a PNEC (Predicted No Effect Concentration) for the freshwater environment was available.
