Analysis of stem cell functions of mouse glial cell at gene expression level. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that Nurr1 and Foxa2 overexpression potentiates neurotrophic functions of glial cells. Results provide important information of neural stem cell fuctions like glutamate uptake, inflamamtion, neurotrophic activity. Overall design: Total RNA obtained from mouse glial cell culture, Nurr1+Foxa2 gene overexpression glial cells compared to untreated control glial cells.
