The bacterial community composition of American lobster (Homarus americanus) embryos and recently hatched larvae held under different temperature and acidification conditions

Ovigerous American lobsters were held under various climate change conditions and eggs were collected from two time points during the experiment. Larvae were collected after hatching. The 16s rRNA reads were performed on these samples on an Illumina MiSeq to determine how climate change might impact the microbiome of developing embryos and recently hatched larvae in an iconic US specie, the American lobster (Homarus americanus).
