Whole genome sequencing of cultured Vibrio isolated from rhodolith of the Abrolhos Bank (South Atlantic Ocean, Brazil). Rhodoliths are biogenic calcareous structures primarily formed by encrusting coralline algae (CCA; Corallinales, Rhodophyta). Whereas calcifying algae have a significant role in the ocean carbon cycle (deposition of calcium carbonate and photosynthetic capacity), microbes have possible roles in the structure and function of rhodoliths.
