Esophageal/Stomach Cancer (MSK, 2020): Targeted sequencing of 487 Esophageal/stomach cancer tumor-normal pairs via MSK-IMPACT

This dataset contains the summary data visualizations and clinical data from targeted sequencing of 487 Esophageal/stomach cancer tumor-normal pairs. Clinical data includes: Cancer Type, Mutation Count, Fraction Genome Altered, Overall Survival Status, Sex, Primary/Metastasis Sample Type, Age at Sampling, Cohort, cStage Category, Fraction of Genome Altered (FACETs), Impact TMB Score, MSI ScorepStage Category, Sample Type Detail, Somatic Status, Tumor Grade, Tumor Purity. The plaintext components of the dataset can be downloaded as a tar file. The clinical data can be downloaded as a tsv file. The dataset includes copy-number segment data downloadable as .seg files and viewable via the Integrative Genomics Viewer.
