Enrichment in binding patterns of transcription factor binding sites of genes in expression clusters.

Results of Fisher’s exact tests for the enrichment in different binding patterns of transcription factor binding sites (TFBS) of genes in different expression clusters. Tested for each transcription factor (TF). Columns provide: the gene expression cluster (deg_cluster), the binding pattern tested made up of 4 digits representing the 4 time points in chronological order with 0 equating to the TFBS not bound while 1 is bound (binding), the total number of TFBS with the binding pattern associated by nearest proximity to genes within the expression cluster (count), p-value of Fisher’s exact test (pval), odds ratio of test (OR), name of the TF motif for the TFBS (TFBS_name).
