Exploring the role of epigenetic regulation in the E13.5 pancreatic mesenchyme by Eed to understand its role in chromatin regulation using ATAC-seq, transcriptional regulation using RNA-seq, and in the regulation of transcriptional heterogeneity using scRNA-seq. N=2 independent replicates performed for RNA-seq and ATAC-seq of control E13.5 pancreatic mesenchyme versus mutant E13.5 Eed knockout mesenchyme. scRNA-seq was performed on whole control E13.5 pancreata versus whole mutant E13.5 Eed knockout pancreata. This series includes re-analyzed samples from GSE147418.
