Klebsiella pneumoniae subsp. pneumoniae Kp1832 Genome sequencing

This isolate carries a similar capsular polysaccharide synthesis (cps) sequence region as the epidemic carbapenem-resistant ST258 K. pneumoniae clade I strains. The full genome of Kp1832 was sequenced in order to to examine the potential recombination of cps region between ST42 and ST258 strains.
