The spatial and seasonal variations of bacterial community structure in sediments

In this study, high-throughput MiSeq sequencing were used to examine the seasonal patterns and environmental drivers of bacteria in sediments from Sanggou Bay. The objectives were: (1) to investigate the seasonal patterns of the bacteria inhabiting the sediment of Sanggou Bay, and (2) to examine the key environmental factors which determine the spatial-temporal of bacterial community in Sanggou Bay, Daya Bay and Maniao Bay. We hope to provide useful information to further understand the responses of bacteria communities to environmental factors.
