one newly white rot fungi named P5 was isolated and the dye biodegradation ability was investigated. P5 showed strong dye biodegradation capacity on anthraquione dye RB4, systemic biodegradation conditions were investigated and optimized. Our results showed that P5 could effectively degrade RB4 within 24h by PDB medium under shaking conditions, it could tolerate moderate salt concentrations as well as the wide pH ranges. Moreover, four common HERs were screened as the additional feedstock for P5 biodegradation. Our results showed that under addition of FG, P5 could achieve the maximal dye decolorizaiotn effiency at 12 h. Transcriptomes sequencing showed that multiple peroxidase including LiP, MnP, DyP, Lac simultaneously increased 2-5 folds under the stimulation of FG. The UV scanning, LC-HRMS and the acute toxicological effect assay demonstrated that supplementary of FG could significantly reduce the concentration of biodegradation intermediates along with lower the toxic effect of RB4.
